Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the brands social media strategy (owned and earned). - Managing all social media platforms for the brand - Grow the SUNSTONE EDUVERSITY social community while fostering high engagement quality. - Identify and source influencers that represent the brand and its values. - Respond to customer questions and feedback. - Collaborate with other teams across the business to support their social media activities. - Identify trends and opportunities to ensure the brand stays relevant. - Ensure that the brand is protected by adhering to company regulations or policies. Experience and Key skills: - 1+ years of experience managing and growing social media accounts. - Proven experience in social media strategy building, campaign management and content creation. - Excellent understanding of how each social platform works. - Ability to identify trends and react quickly to keep the brand relevant. - Demonstrate consistent growth of followers and engagement. - Excellent communication and organisational skills. - The ability to work well under pressure, prioritising workload when needed. - A positive attitude, a love of problem solving and a desire to find solutions. - Good project management skills, attention to detail and planning to hit deadlines on time and on budget. - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs.
