HRBP Lead | Work From Office | Immediate | Tier 1 Colleges - XLRI/NMIMS/IIM/TISS

Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience across multiple industries.

An ideal candidate would be someone who has worked in a fast-paced environment or in a young organization.

Few requirements form the position :

- Work with the leadership team to define desired competencies and build HR processes to reinforce them Lead the capability building process of the workforce, including training SOPs, zeroing down on the roles, responsibilities, structure and finalizing the training strategy

- Develop and execute subsequent internal and external programs along with learning workshops and bootcamps

- Talent management initiatives such as identification of HI-POs, build framework around succession planning etc.

- Design compensation structure, rewards and recognition programs and incentives schemes - responsible for data benchmarking and analysis

- Plan and execute employee engagement and employer branding programs

- Implement a robust performance management process and system

- Overall, the candidate needs to have relevant experience across Performance management, Talent Management & OD. Should ideally be in a Business partnering or Sales HR or COE - TM role in the past and has helped the organization grow/scale up.

- Experience of working on/implementing any specific HRMS tool is preferred.
