Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead an independent team and deliver admissions and revenue targets for PG/UG programs
- Manage Lead funnels & ensure conversion targets are met
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and requirements
- Handle and ensure SLA Management for a team of 50+
- Identify gaps and introduce processes to ensure productivity and performance of the team
- Report on sales performance, productivity and other metrics and suggest improvements
- Build an open-communication environment for your team Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure streamlined processes and increase sales.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 10-16 yrs. of overall experience and min 8 years in inside sales (Preferred EdTech & Education domain)
- Proven track record in the inside sales environment, high on accountability and ownership
- Excellent in data analysis using Excel & experience in SQL (preferred).
- Hands on experience with CRM software's
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration & Funnel management processes
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, Numerical abilities, and problem-solving attitude.
