1. Lead an independent team and deliver admissions and revenue targets for PG/UG programs.
2. Manage Lead funnels & ensure conversion targets are met
3. Prepare and deliver monthly quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and requirements
4. Handle and ensure SLA Management for a team of 50+. Identify gaps and introduce processes to ensure the productivity and performance of the team.
5. Report on sales performance, productivity, and other matrices and suggest improvements.
6. Build an open-communication environment for your team.
7. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure streamlined processes and increase sales.
