Business Analyst - Growth Team - Looking for smart and hard working guys who are fast on execution - Will be working very closely with top management on several key projects - The expectation is that this guy can learn anything about any department in a day or two - Would be working across departments and should be able to manage projects end to end independently - Work closely with different business functions in helping identify the critical challenges and formulating effective solutions and implementing them. - Giving intelligent inputs to management based on the analysis and setting up daily / weekly reports - Internal hands-on consulting and operational role with the opportunity to roll up sleeves and work side by side with business leaders - Work with management in helping identify the critical challenges and formulating effective solutions and implementing them - For an initial one year, you will work with multiple teams and post that would become line manager in business / Ops /marketing/product team What we are looking for - 0-2 years of experience as a business analyst preferably in a startup - A Bachelor's degree or higher from tier 1 college or university. - Knowledge of SQL and Excel would be an advantage.
