Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyse financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports to identify trends, variances, and potential opportunities or issues.

- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

- Generate and distribute financial reports to relevant stakeholders, summarizing financial performance and key metrics.

- Develop financial models to support decision-making processes, including ROI analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.

- Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to provide financial insights and guidance for strategic decision-making.

- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

- Utilize financial software and tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external financial audits.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.

- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.

- Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial management software).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

- Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance.
