Delivery Head - Quality Engineering

What is expected out of you?

- Delivery ownership of Testing Business Unit

- Should be well versed in driving multiple projects across different offshore development centers

- Managing Delivery of Multiple Customers

- Handle large revenue size delivery accounts (10 to 12 Million)

- Highly responsible for achieving revenue targets from account mining

- Accountable for growth targets of the customers where he/she is managing delivery

- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with customers

- Deliver projects using Automated Unit Testing

- Responsible in driving automation, innovation and adding value which is measured and tracked

- Involve in Delivery improvements and delivery excellence

- Responsible for one successful delivery improvement initiative per quarter

What should you possess?

- Education qualification: Prefer B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M. Sc Computers or any Graduate

- Should possess a minimum of 15+ years of working experience on Testing projects

- Possess experience of working in a Shared Service Model

- Must have experience in multiple technologies including Selenium and QTP

- Must have developed testing frameworks as part of his experience

- Ability to research on pricing models and has the experience of defining industries best pricing models

- Should have experience of dealing with multifaced Enterprise Applications for Web, Mobile, BI integrations, cloud SaaS application testing

- Should have proven track record of growing testing accounts into other services of the organization

- Should be a thought leader with ability in driving Test Strategy for medium to large enterprise customers

- Should be a domain expert in 1 0r 2 industries like Retail, Manufacturing or Telecom

- Must have the experience in working on different strategies to grow business in existing customers (50% growth YTY)

- Experience working with sales support and enterprise solutions teams in closing the deals

- Strong hands on testing automation delivery experience (Like a Testing SME/Architect who led 2 to 3 QA transformations)

- Thought leader in test automation, CI/CD and CT space

- Depth and breadth of QA and test engineering concepts and trends

- Leading from front and transforming delivery to next generation

- Possess working experience in delivering project using Agile or Scrum Methodology

- Should have excellent communication skills with 3 years of onsite work experience in USA

- Strong Leadership qualities with good people management skills
