Job Summary:  - Managerial position for leading and coordination supply chain process improvement with LEAN approach while designing and implementing decision support systems   Roles & Responsibilities:  - Mapping existing SC processes and defining ideal state to reach as point of arrival.   - Identifying road blocks and waste in SC processes and executing LEAN initiatives to eliminate the waste  - Developing sourcing and supply strategies for all categories of spend and regional areas meeting objectives of corporate strategy and identification of opportunities in support of global procurement team strategies.  - Generating, deploying and continuously improving processes and supporting tools to ensure reaching business objectives efficiently and effectively. Audit the compliance of execution at regional level   - Masterminding, supporting and reporting sourcing projects of cost reduction, working capital management, supply chain management, make or buy decisions etc.  - Creating and regularly updating business decision making information about market intelligence, cost and technology trends for all spend categories  - Cost and complexity reduction through cost road map and should costing for each component and services in the supply chain  - Developing SC information systems and tools for management decision making  - Market intelligence, gathering strategic trend information about suppliers and competitors for competitive advantage  Eligibility:  - Graduate of reputable business schools in the region  - Relevant experience of 7-10 years especially in business consulting, global sourcing, continuous improvement  - Fluent in English and one or more regional languages (Arabic, Chinese, Thai, Urdu) is plus   - LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt  - Hands-on TPS and/or LEAN deployment experience  - Based in Chennai or Singapore  Job Related Experience:  - Consulting and/or Business Process Re engineering, Corporate Cost-Out, PMO management experience  - Total relevant experience of 7-10 years  - Sourcing experience in locating, assessing, qualifying and developing suppliers  - Data analysis and presentation skills  Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Engineering and MBA from one of the reputable business school is very big plus
