Position - Cluster Head- Ahmedabad

Reporting - National Sales Head

Position Summary : This position will be responsible to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. This person will represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners through right channel strategy management to meet the top line revenue committed in annual operations plan

Objective of this Role includes :

1. This position will be an architect of sales strategy and build out a team of channel partners for scale up in current and new markets

2. Deliver top line committed and develop robust channel network and build a culture of winning sales team

Position Responsibility :

1. Be primarily accountable for Channel Expansion which includes Small Consumer Solar deals and Large Commercial Solar deals, managing and measuring Sales team productivity, Implementing essentials for Growth pipeline and Sales Quality Management system

2. Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals for all Product and Services

3. Lead in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for National Sales Head and Cross functional team for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning

4. Be agile in appointment of Green Partners (Channel Partners) and Green Ambassadors (Affiliate) to meet committed AOP targets and deliver top line with sustained engagement plans

5. Act as a bridge for communication between Green Partners, Customers, Sales team, and Cross functional team for resolving conflict and speed up the sales process without compromising the process and policies

6. Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities to drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns and events agreed part of Permanent Sales plan

7. Have 3rd eye on competition and their services to understand the value and propose suggestion and corrections for effective decision making with data and facts

8. Propose and share lesson learnt in review meetings and communicate up-to-date information about the Product information's happening in marketplace for enhancement and corrections

9. Assist in Partner and Sales team in marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities

10. Be a coach with effective presentation and cascade necessary Product know-how to customers and partners and attend sales meetings, partner conferences and drive value

11. Drive regional technical trainings and offer round the clock support to their team members and the channel partners

Academic qualification : Should be a Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering or Commerce or Economics with MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred

Experience : 5+ years of work experience in Channel Management and should have handled minimum 2 or more cities and should have handled around 50+ Crs and a team of 5+

Desired Technical Skills :

1. Good in organizing skills, time management and organizing skills

2. Be analytical and have ability to look things in microscope for right decisions

3. Proven experience in Channel Program Implementation, Sales, Pricing, Relationship Building and expert in handing conflicts and objections

Desired Soft Skills :

1.Be self-motivated, have winning spirit and capability of creating value for the business and

2. Balance leader with proven ability to define, communicate and effectively implement business strategies

3. Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate

Language Proficiency : Should be well versed in English and regional language knowledge for the location
