We are looking for Head HR for our SunPetro business.

Position : Head HR (Senior Manager/DGM)
Experience : 15+ Years relevant HR experience from Oil & Gas (Upstream) business only
Education: BE + MBA
Role & Responsibility: To perform HR and Admin functions of SunPetro in efficient management and motivation of the SunPetro manpower .

- Talent acquisition
- Talent management
- Employee Motivational Programs
- Induction for new recruits
- Formulation & implementation of HR policies/schemes such as suggestion scheme, grievance procedure, attendance and production incentive schemes.
- Prepare structure and smart organogram for growing company considering Retirement and attrition.
- Performance management.
- Payroll Management system -roll out
- Supervision of wages and salary administration.
- Identification and analysis of training needs of employees and organizing training programs.
- Conducting exit interview's.
- To work on assignment to improve positive market image of the company.
- CSR implementation.
- Digitization of HR process.
- Travel and hospitality
- Transport / Vehicle requirement at HQ and field.
- Cost Optimization on Team Travel.
- Stay and Guest house identification at all field.
- Office administration.
- Ensuring compliance of statutory regulations, renewal of licenses etc.
- Liaising with Govt. and local agencies.
- Organizing manpower through labour contractors
- Organizing monthly communication meet.
- Conducting HR - meet with new joiners after certain intervals.
- Organizing picnic, various competitions.
- Managing employee birthdays, farewells and new joined welcome
Training & Development:
- Onboarding and induction trainings
- Organising and coordinating Training as per Training Calendar
- Training needs identification through skill matrix and competency mapping.
- Evaluation of training effectiveness. Identification of internal and external trainer.
- Assist in evaluation of Goals to top Management for the performance appraisal of the employees.
