Hiring for Rewards specialist/lead for Sun Pharma based at Gurgaon to support C&B for over 16000 employees in India with responsibility for all Comp & Benefits activities including

- Benchmarking

- Budgeting

- Annual salary review design and execution

Job evaluations :

- STI and LTI plan design and implementation

- Pay structure and Pay ranges

- International mobility

- Policy and Benefits design

- BAU rewards activities

- Management of online tech platforms for annual processes & More

- Additionally contribute to various process and/or technology design and implementation projects as well as other special projects in the areas of Performance & Rewards supporting India and other Geographies.

- A mixed experience of C&B as well as general HR consulting experience would be preferable.
