We are seeking a driven and analytical Rewards Professional to join our growing team in North America. You will play a key role in developing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs across the region, ensuring we remain an employer of choice in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark salaries, benefits, and total rewards offerings.
- Design and implement new reward programs aligned with business objectives and talent strategy.
- Manage annual performance reviews, salary increases, and bonus and LTIP programs.
- Communicate effectively with employees and leaders regarding rewards programs and policies.
- Stay informed of legislative and regulatory changes impacting rewards practices.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure effective implementation of rewards programs at the local level.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Compensation, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a Total Rewards or Compensation role.
- Proven ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite expected and Successfactors system is a plus
