Manager - Compliance

Role :

- Candidate will be responsible for preparation of monthly & quarterly RBI Returns and assisting team in submitting monthly data to credit Information Companies, which includes information preparation, co-ordination with external consultants, query resolution.

- Over a period of time, candidate would be given exposure to other areas in the group depending on candidates interest and aptitude.

Designation : Manager Finance

Key Responsibilities :

i. Assisting in preparation of monthly & quarterly RBI Returns

ii. Assisting in submitting monthly data to credit Information Companies

iii. Assisting in preparation of information & documents and coordination with external consultant for preparing reply to observations during RBI Inspection.

iv. Assisting in making monthly loan registers and checking on limits sanctioned for loan vis- vis actual loan given

v. Assisting in preparation of loan documents & coordinating for obtaining KYC documents

vi. Assisting in preparation of data/documents required for applying for CIC

vii. Supplying data/documents/details pursuant to RBI's emails and phone calls as and when asked

viii. Monitoring of quarterly interest booking and receipts of interests from all borrowers

ix. Coordination and supplying data to internal and statutory auditors and solving their queries as and when required
