Role: Candidate will be responsible for assisting in finalization of accounts & Consolidation involving detailed scrutiny of financials, Co-ordination for collecting crucial documents, Preparation and updating of Loan transaction register, co-ordinate and resolve issues related to loan agreements, bill payments, etc.
Designation: Manager Accounts
Key Responsibilities:
i. Active support in finalisation of accounts & Consolidation involving detailed scrutiny of financials - Various workings such as ECL, Financial guarantees, Fair value impact, Goodwill, Minority interest, inter-company transactions-elimination, schedules and Notes, Tax audit etc
ii. Co-ordination for collecting crucial docs such as Banks statements, Reconcilation statements, Demat statements, investment statements, balance confirmations, Challans for statutory payments etc. required for audit
iii. Time to time review of Loan accounts, charging of interest payable/receivable & TDS, ensure getting loan agreements etc. Ensuring timely booking of bills for payments. To co-ordinate and resolve issues related to these matters.
iv. Follow up with other companies within the group to get Related party transaction details on monthly basis. Tracking of Related Party Transactions and updating records for the same. This is required for preparation of financial as well as for quarterly board meetings.
v. Preparation and updating of Loan transaction register to provide data to Secretarial dept. for compliance. This is required for approvals in the Board Meeting also.
vi. Quarterly financials are required to be prepared as per NBFC norms.
