Role Summary: This role will be a key contributor to drive planning processes, program management, and demand and capacity management and execution rigor in the functional area (Human Resource and Finance) that he or she is aligned with within the ES Asia and Digital Business Initiatives function. The incumbent must be results-oriented, proven leader with a track record of delivering sustainable project and program management initiatives. The skill set should include broad and strong communication capabilities with a demonstrated competence for mobilizing teams and managing multiple stakeholders to navigate roadblocks and challenges across assigned portfolio, thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willing to roll up sleeves to help the teams and partners to get things done. He or she should value people and create a working environment that motivates and nurtures the team to deliver solid results. Main Accountabilities: - Building portfolio of projects to meet Functional (Human Resource and Finance) strategy. - Develop execution plans for projects in the portfolio and robust portfolio level reporting - Planning capacity, demand and supply and variance for delivery - Facilitate leadership, business partner and management forums for respective functions, track actions and execution risks - Monitor and govern and work with project managers to track budget and financials across portfolio - Manager corporate and functional reporting for the portfolio - Develop and maintain relationships at senior management levels within the organization. Work with key stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and risks within the portfolio. - Establish and manage key relationships with Business Unit partners to understand specific business issues and priorities. Assist in determining and delivering key strategic priorities of the function. - Engage, energize and coach the diverse geographical PM team members to develop their skills. - Support development of PM practices and PMO governance practices in the portfolio.
