- The CRM Solution Architect, ECS IT (Customer Service) is responsible to demonstrate & provide technical leadership skills to help shape strategy, architecture, design, and implementation of scalable IT CRM solutions across ECS organization.
- This CRM Solution Architect will be responsible for combining consulting, CRM Solutions and Platforms expertise and R&D knowledge to transform the way IT is applied in process touchpoints with our customers.
- This role is accountable for transformational technology initiatives that will enable overall R&D mission and strategic imperatives which is going to lead us to our future by accelerating growth of new solutions implementation and AI to solve problem.
