JOB SUMMARY :
- Manage management accounting - Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet items
- Actively work on creating regular MIS and reports for HO reporting Work on creating various dashboards for business teams
- Co-work with other teams on projects involving banks financial analysis.
- Ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment and manage ambiguity
- Cross functional coordination for tasks and requirements raised by stakeholders
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work on Profit & Loss account and responsible for end to end monthly management accounting
- Analysis of monthly performance of profit parameters and conducting variance analysis against budget
- Proactively work on automating manual process for reporting
- Preparation of Profit and Loss forecast for the branch, variance analysis of forecast figure & preparation of commentary report.
- Co-work with business teams to create various MIS reports
- Preparation of various head office and management reports for onward submission and explanation/presentation to senior management in the bank
- Preparation of planned / ad-hoc reports as required by the business teams
- Coordination and Co-work with various departments/department heads and manage/arrange for meetings as and when required to ensure smooth operations
- Experience in team handling is must.
- Experience in banking sector is must.
- Working Experience Preferably in a bank/NBFC/other small financial organizations as Financial Managers and following qualification Chartered Accountant / ICWA/ Masters in Business Finance
Special Skills : Required Good Communication skills, soft skills for team management, analytical and inferencing ability
