Candidate will be responsible for :  - Coordinating, participating in Business Operations Review Meeting, Board meetings and giving presentation to team as well as customers.   - Coordinating with all cross functional dept. preparation and analysis of Technical as well as Operational data.   - Giving the summarized MIS reports on all parameters to management.   - Preparation and circulation of monthly reports on orders, dispatches, productions and collections.   - Mapping all key productions key parameters on Month on Month basis and submitting reports to management.   - Working and coordinating with various cross- functional teams for better efficiency   - Helping in the process mapping with the actual output required at Operations levels.   - Analyzing the market requirement and total scenario as per business plan for Organic products   - Working with the Sales team for preparation of Sales plan as well as Marketing plans yearly basis & review on monthly basis.   - Regularly generates progress reports against the outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements.   - Providing Support Management to formulate strategy (Plan & Monitor Implementation) by preparing Strategic, Business presentations and reports.   - Spearheading different key projects to drive efficiency & manage growth.  - Creating and executing a brand building and position strategy  - Develop the Marketing Budget for the year  - Spearhead the Marketing strategy  - Use tools to monitor and evaluate data such as customer acquisition, conversion rate etc. on monthly basis  - Explore and channelize opportunities as part of brand building exercise  - Handling PR activities w.r.t.; the project on a day-to-day basis  - Work closely with other team members to manage synergy in all elements across brand or new product launch campaigns  - Collateral planning and implementation for new product launches and brand campaigns  - Execute events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities  - Engage with vendors for quality materials at the best prices and on-time deliveries.  - Ensuring the campaigns/ advertisement have all necessary internal and external approvals and are consistent as per brand and compliance   Educational Qualification : MBA - Marketing  Company website : www.suminter.com  Job Location : Andheri-west, Mumbai  Contact Person : Ms. Sneha
