- Responsible for the P & L of International Business.   - Formulating sales business plan to grow the revenue from the existing markets as well as identify new markets.  - Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.  - Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve B2B sales targets and expand the customer base.  - Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.  - Acquire orders from international buyers and negotiating for Global contracts.  - Provide strong leadership to the entire Sales Team. Responsible for the performance of Sales department.  - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships  - Conceptualize & implement strategies as a part of brand building and market development effort.   - To keep track of competitor activity reports and global market intelligence.  Desired Profile :  - Excellent oral & written communication skills.  - International exposure is a must.
