Designation: Associate Consultant HCM &amp; SF Job Description The SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) &amp; SF (Success factor) Associate Consultant will serve as an SAP Application Functional consultant, providing application functional support and training in SAP Applications S4 HANA, within the module areas of HR activities - Human Capital Management &amp; Success Factor The SAP HCM &amp; SF Consultant will serve as an SAP Application Functional Specialist, providing application functional support and implementation in SAP Applications S4 HANA / R/3, within the module areas of HCM Systems - Customizing in various areas of HCM module viz. Organization structure, Hierarchy and Global settings based on the Business Blueprint. - Various business scenarios in HCM like resourcing, talent management, personnel data, organization structure, job architecture, payroll, time &amp; attendance etc. - Transfer of Requirements and Availability check for HCM transactions. - Strong domain exposure in PA, OM, Payroll. Time attendance, ESS &amp; MSS, Interfaces, data migration and integration with FICO. - Experience in Travel Management and Enterprise compensation management. - Must be individual contributor / Hands on configuration experience. - Excellent planning, time management and organization skills. - MIS Reporting for HCM and Success Factor PMS Desired Profile - Certification is desirable for SF as well &amp; understanding of SF module - Integration of the HCM modules to the other opponents in the SAP S4HANA - Interpersonal skills: Team player, proactive networking attributes, High drive &amp;self-starter/-motivated - Fluency in English - Good verbal and written skills Experience :- 3- 5 Years of Functional Experience and 3 - 5 years of SAP relevant experience.
