Learning and Development:

- L&D Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic objectives. Ensuring that the strategy supports the development of a high-performance workforce.

- Building Learning Culture: Lead efforts to cultivate a strong learning culture, promoting continuous development and knowledge-sharing among all employees.

- Talent Pipeline Development: Establish a robust talent pipeline by implementing Management Trainee (MT) and Graduate Trainee Programs (GTP) to nurture and develop new talent for the organization.

- Train the trainers: Identify nurturing internal trainers and create a program to facilitate functional/ technical training within the organization.

- High-Potential Employee Development Program: Work on Improving comprehensive development journey to upskill high-potential employees and unlock their full potential within the organization.

- LMS Administration: Manage the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing content uploads, user access, troubleshooting, and ensuring the LMS aligns with training and development objectives.

Organizational Development:

- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skills gaps and development opportunities among employees.

- Assessment and Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of the current metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of L&OD programs (Both Pre & post). Use feedback and data to continuously improve programs and initiatives.

- Leadership Development and Upskilling: Enabling Leadership Growth through a Development Journey

- Change Management: Assist in managing organizational change initiatives by providing OD support to Identified areas of development.
