Act), DRT, Labour & Arbitration, BIFR/AAIFR matters. - Liasioning with Govt. Departments. - Attending & follow-up court cases, briefing & coordinating with Advocates & Solicitor firms. - Manage individual and collective responsibilities for/to the Board - Responsible for facilitating intergovernmental cooperation. - Managing corporate documents, shareholder and stakeholder information, financial information, and litigation activities.
