- HR Process automation (Success factor implementation)
- Maintaining Personnel Records & updated HRIS
- HR reports & MIS, analytics
- Contract labour management at Corp office
- Office Administration at Corp office
- Business HR for India based global functions
- HR audits
- Implement best HR Policies & process considering the best practices and business requirements.
- Excellent Stakeholders Management skills and problem solving abilities.
- Ensure OKR's & KPI's are defined for all goal-oriented employees based on Organizational goal.
- Compile PMS data for annual salary review
- Should proactively use SAP Success Factor
- Team - Handling Activities of Junior HRBP and should have strong knowledge of EC Module in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Checking the salary data inputs received from the HR Ops Team.
