- HR audits & investor due diligence

- Implement best HR Policies & process considering the industry best practices and business requirements.

- ESOP Implementation and employee grievance.

- Design a Total Reward Strategy - globally.

- Compensation benchmarking & proposing changes in the current compensation structure to ensure competitive salary positioning.

- Understanding tax & compensation structure for different countries.

- Conflict Resolution

- Global Payroll Administration

- Training in HR Policies & system.

- Excellent Stakeholders Management skills and problem-solving abilities.

- Compile PMS data for annual compensation review.

- Knowledge of EC Module in SAP SuccessFactors.

- Checking the salary data inputs received from the HR Ops Team.
