Candidates will be responsible for:-  - Creating and executing a brand building and position strategy for SATVA in India & rest of the world market through online and offline media channels   - Develop the Marketing Budget for the year (Offline & Online)  - ATL/ BTL Campaigns, Digital and Social marketing, sales support across all channels  - Spearhead the Digital Marketing strategy with an Agency including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google +, Google Ads, Blogs, Promotional e-blasts  - Use tools to monitor and evaluate data such as customer acquisition, conversion rate etc. on monthly basis   - Ensure the website is in sync with the Offline Strategy. Responsible of smooth functioning of the website. Website needs to be updated every month.  - Develop collaterals for Exhibitions, Shows, Buyer presentations   - Increase organization footprint in key markets and drive Marketing, PR, Digital and CRM initiatives to drive turnover & growth.  - Liaise with Agency and team working in US.  - Lead product/catalogue shoot and lifestyle photo-shoot every season   Desired Profile:  - MBA from a premier institute with 10+ years experience, majorly in beauty & branded apparel sector.  - Candidate with International marketing experience is must.  - Relevant experience in Digital & social media marketing is required.  - Should have excellent communication skills.  - Creative mindset and an innate ability to innovate and execute.  - Must be able to work in a startup, fast paced, deadline oriented environment
