Designation - Manager- Learning & Development, Organizational Development specialist. Job Description: Organization Development - Revision of existing HR policies and creation of new HR policies as per the need of the organization. - Provide support for OD projects being executed by the consultants such as restructuring, compensation benchmarking and re-structuring, revamp of PMS etc. - Contribute in alignment and culture building through sessions on Purpose, Values & Vision of the company. - Contribute in Designing and Implementing required OD interventions based on feedback from NPS surveys. Eg. One to one meetings, Career planning framework, Reward & Recognition plan. Learning & Development - Identification of learning needs of the employees. - Creation of session plans, content creation and actual training delivery. - Identification & Partnering with vendors to meet the training requirements. - Training effective evaluation and improvements based on the same. - Achievement of the L&D targets such as training man-days & feedback score. Performance Management System - Conduct sessions for employees about PMS concepts such as KPIs, appraisal system etc - Help employees to define performance goals as per the Performance management system of the company. Ensure alignment with company goals. - Launch of appraisal process and ensuring its timely completion. - Making required changes in PMS policy and appraisal forms as per organizational needs. Compensation - Work with HR Ops team for checking of the Monthly salary sheets, Incentive payments, Full & Final, Increment simulations, variable pay calculations, compensation letters etc. - Assist in revising in compensation structures & incentive plans based on compliance needs and company objectives. Misc - Contribute in implementing & streamlining Success Factor. - Social Compliance - Provide any required support to factory HR team for social compliances, including creation of new policies and frameworks. Assist in completion of customer questionnaires based on social compliance. - Supervise & assist the team-member(s) for value based R&R, Conducting NPS surveys, coordinating Coffee with HR. - Assist as a Scrum master for HR team Experience 9 - 12 years Education MBA - HR Industry Food Processing / Export Location Mumbai (Andheri)
