We are currently working very closely with 19,000 marginal farmers in 9 states, across 108,000 acres of certified agriculture land to procure process and package organic products at the client's doorstep in the USA and EU.  To know more about the company please visit our website : www.suminter.com.  Job Description:  - Responsible for complete financial management and day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial related activities- accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, project viability & analysis, negotiations, investor relationship, partnership compliance, private & institutional financing.  - Adherence to regulatory and statutory compliance.  - Resource mobilisation and monitoring fund movements. Negotiation with Banks/ FIs on terms of credit, pricing, service charges etc.  - Responsible for Company ROC, taxation & Export related compliance's including FEMA.  - Implementation of effective business & financial performance monitoring mechanisms through MIS.  - Oversee approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, position control documents, departmental budgets, salary updates, ledger and account maintenance.  - Ensure credibility of Financial Group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.  - Finalisation of accounts and compliances.  - Taxation - direct & indirect planning, including transfer pricing, global taxation norms, etc.  - Treasury management including forex & commodity risk management.  Desired Profile:  - Exceptional financial, commercial, tactical and technical skills.  - Strong project finance experience and been an expert in handling Banks/FIs at commensurate levels.  - Extensive exposure to ERP.  - Been strong in strategic planning, execution, contracting, negotiations and change management.  - Knowledge of ERP accounting system is must  Education : Chartered Accountant/MBA-Finance from a reputed institute  Industry : Manufacturing with focus on exports & International Trade
