Position: Senior Manager, Accounting, Finance and Analytics We are searching for a Senior manager, Accounting, Finance &amp; Analytics who will assume responsibility for these functions, report to Senior Director, and manage them to help power Sulekha's growth. The roles and responsibilities are: - Manage monthly and quarterly accounting based on company's principles and processes - Develop monthly MIS and unaudited financials for shareholders with summary, as required - Liaise with internal and statutory auditors to finalize audited financials in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with all internal financial controls, checks and balances - Drive planning, analysis, coordination, and consolidation of corporate annual budget. - Build analytical models for financial and non-financial data for decision support - Develop key business metrics and analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities - Conduct comparable analysis as necessary in support of key business metrics and objectives - Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools - Prepare monthly consolidated and regional financial analysis as well as forecasting - Analyze actual results against plans and forecasts, highlight variance - Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures - Assist with the development and maintenance of pricing models The Ideal Candidate : - CA (Inter or Final) with 5+ years of relevant experience - Must have cleared exams in first attempt - Degree in Law (LLB) or legal aptitude/experience a plus - Experience in managing company annual audits - Sound theoretical grasp of accounting principles and practices - Must be qualified to be a Company Secretary - Advanced experience working with the corporate budgeting process - Excellent communication, presentation and discussion skills to peers and senior management - Understanding and familiarity with digital ecosystem - Mastery of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Access/SQL/Scripting extremely helpful - Self-starter with the passion to learn and grow
