Job Description & Expectations:

Pro-Manage is looking for a Senior Manager - Enterprise Business Development.

We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the developing customers by cultivating relationships, engineering solutions to their specific requirements and making responsive proposals.

- This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation and the Business Development team successful. You will assume primary responsibility for acquiring customers based out of Mumbai.

- Additionally, this role will include proactive prospecting and will email and make calls to potential customers to introduce our product solution and set up demos and appointments for the outbound Sales Manager. This position will also assist in development of presentations and proposals for the Business Development team.

- Provide on the ground support for setting up customer engagement meetings

- Work closely with Marketing team to convert organic /inorganic prospects to a delightful, engaged customer

- You will evaluate and present details of prospective clients

The position is based out of Mumbai but will involve travel.

EXPERIENCE, EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

4+ years of proven experience and expertise

- Marketing to and acquiring business enterprises for digital products and services via multiple marketing techniques,

- Ability to generate inbound interest with Account Based Marketing (ABM) techniques

- Experience in analyzing enterprise gaps for marketing teams in top corporate customers

- Experience working with marketing teams to develop a pipeline of prospects

Skills:

- Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in "Selling via Phone" successfully

- Must be experienced in selling, be a successful prospector, and be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.

- Outstanding analytics and Excel skills

- Proposal development and pricing skills

- Systematic funnel development and prospect follow-up processes

- Result- and outcome-orientation

- High degree of enthusiasm, dynamism, and drive to succeed

- Smart work and perseverance

- Maturity to collaborate with peers to achieve overall success

Academic qualifications required:

- MBA from a reputed institute

- Some experience in programming is a definite plus
