The objective of the Role:

Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales for regions, projecting expected sales volume and profit from existing and new business. Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies. Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

- Review monthly performance of the team (Acquisition and Renewal) in the branch.

- Allocation of the target along with UH and potential data allocation to TMEs.

- Direct Interaction with High-value clients.

- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

- Periodic review with UHs on their performance and areas of improvement.

- Attrition to be monitored.

- Efforts and call quality of TMEs to be monitored frequently to improve productivity and conversion of sales.

- Work along with the Learning and Development team to improve on the TME productivity

- Focus on areas of improvement provide appropriate feedback to the team.

- Work along with HR SPOCS on Rewards and Recognition and engagement activities. Foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper team operations.

Skills and Qualifications

- Must have recent experience in the online/e-commerce-related industry.

- Can-do attitude, high level of sense of ownership, willingness to take initiative, great business sense, willingness to get hands dirty and learn.

- Must be a good team player and be goal-oriented.

- Positive, initiative-driven, motivating, and a natural leader.

- Result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated. Ambitious and flexible. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
