Designation: Manager - Sales Analytics Reporting to: Director - Sales & Marketing Location: Mumbai Job Role/Purpose: We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team. The Sales Analyst will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales and market data and providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide our promotional and sales activities. Key Responsibilities: - Sales forecasting - Preparing, tracking and disseminating region and brand-wise sales targets - Preparing and tracking brand-wise Sales and Distribution promotional and marketing budgets - Preparing and presenting relevant weekly/monthly/quarterly dashboards for senior management to review brandwise performance and take business decisions - Manage and oversee internal software usage and implementation for daily salesforce reports and order tracking to provide realtime updates - Analyze, track and highlight the performance of each market with focus on core markets - Perform historical data analysis and generate statistical forecast - Support the annual sales planning process by providing analysis, and gathering inputs Desired Skills and Traits: 1. Degree in business administration or finance 2. Experience in sales analysis, market research, quantitative analytics 3. Strong understanding of sales pricing ladders marketing spends and product costing for the FMCG sector 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Strong communication and presentation skills. 6. Projection and forecasting skills. 7. Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
