Daily Job Responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment.
2. Performance Appraisal process and Implementation/Coordination.
3. Documentation process for Hiring and induction.
4. Policy Implementation.
5. Understanding of Statutory Compliance's.
6. Identify Training Resources.
7. Coordination of Training Programs.
8. Co coordinating Head hunting Processes.
9. HRD - Analysis and Trends - International.
10. Complete all Compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.)
11. Payroll Management.
12. Employee Engagement.
