Roles & Responsibilities : - Build from scratch & grow the Portfolio of FMCG/Processed foods Category - Build Strong Manufacturer base & Supply chain capabilities - New Product Development & Private Labelling/Own Brand Creation - Manage Pricing & Negotiations, taking into account suitable benchmarks. - Sourcing & Buying of respective categories - Identify growth levers, concern areas, performance at category & product level to show positive trends - Team building & Management - Strategic planning for Revenue growth & Cost optimizations - New projects or initiatives to grow business & set up SOPs. - Additional skills like Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, Leadership Qualities & Team Management Criteria : 1.
