Sugee - Relationship Manager/Manager - Sales

Job Description in brief : 

The Relationship Manager - RM (or Sales Manager) is responsible for sales of residential units of the Projects being developed by organization. We need RMs with specialization in one of the below two regions :

1. Central Mumbai - East Region (Mazgaon-Sion, covering Dadar East, Sion, Parel etc).

2. Central Mumbai - West Region (Tardeo-Mahim, covering Worli, Shivaji Park, Dadar West, Lower Parel etc).

We have multiple projects in both the above regions, and each RM will be specializing in one of the two regions.

Profile of Candidate :

- 3-10 years experience, of which 8 years with a Mumbai-based Real Estate Developer, have sold 1-2 Projects of Rs 4+ Cr ticket size

- Preferably a marketing MBA, but not mandatory

- Should have a proven sales track record (will be checked through references).

Key Result Areas - KRAs :

The specific responsibility of the RM is to close sales from leads from three sources :

- Those brought in as walk-ins by Channel Partners, managed by our organization Channel Partner Managers,

- Those created by Central Marketing team from their efforts.

- Self-generated leads (leads to be sourced from personal connects, individual efforts).

The KRAs are :

- Closures : apartments sold (through any of the 3 channels mentioned above)

- Deal Value sold

- Unique site visits

- Satisfied customers

The RM has to complete requirements of reporting in Daily Business Report, and update his/her Manager on a daily basis on status of progress.
