We have senior position for the post of Head Marketing with leading real estate firm

Job Description in brief :

Head of Marketing will be responsible for all marketing and sales-support activities need to help in customer acquisition and brand building. The immediate task will be centered around marketing for large project in the portfolio of the company. Along with that, 8-10 smaller projects are also being sold and will need marketing support.

Profile of candidate :

- 8-10 years experience, of which 8 years with a Mumbai-based Real Estate Developer, having done 1 Project of >Rs 10 Cr ticket size

- Marketing MBA

- Should have a good track record of having done Above-the-line brand campaigns as well as Below-the-line activation.

Key Result Areas :

- Effective ATL campaign for Marina Bay, as per Plan

- Tying up Agencies for Advertising, BTL, Digital outbound

- Getting deliverable from the 4 Agencies (3 above + SEO/Inbound agency)

- BTL activities to cover paper inserts, building activities, corporate tie-ups, NRI tie-ups etc.

- Building up Sugee brand through sustained monthly brand spends (increasing Top-of-mind awareness - ToMA in targeted markets)

- Deliver Sales collateral to sales team (Brochures etc).
