As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury and Payroll manager to join our leadership team.

Position Overview:

- The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including budget planning and implementation, financial reporting, risk management, cash flow management, and compliance with financial regulations.

- They will work closely with 'Head of finance' to ensure accurate financial data and analysis support decision-making throughout the company.

- The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in finance or accounting.

Max budget : 17 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage cash flow effectively by forecasting future cash needs, monitoring liquidity levels, and implementing cash conservation measures when necessary.

2. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements on a periodical basis.

3. Accounting foreign and other online payment entries, all ECS debit entries, other Bank charges & Interest charges entries.

4. Bank interest & Charges calculation, analysis, and monthly GL recon review.

5. Review investments & income generated on the same and monthly entries, GL recon review.

6. Preparation of Cash Flow Statement (Monthly) and report required for the monthly meeting.

7. Petty Cash and reimbursement accounting and payment process as per the policy.

8. Daily Bank balance position statement.

9. Preparation of letters required for the banking requirement.

10. Completing the KYC documentation with banks and other financial Institutions as and when required

11. Issuance of LC, BG, availing of Buyers Credit (material/Capex), compliance reporting, and track the limit available bank wise.

12. Review and monitor loan repayments schedule and updating in oracle.

13. Support in all the activity related to treasury function of the company.

14. Multiple Banks online portal management input / authorize / file upload & download.

15. Preparation of various Bill Discounting documentation and onboarding vendor on to platform.

16. Process all employee related payments (Salaries, Incentives & statutory filings).

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2. Proven experience of 4 years plus in a treasury role.

3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

5. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.

6. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.

7. Experience in startups is a plus.
