We are working on making internet services more available, reliable, affordable, and contextual for everyone. Over the next 2 years, our goal is to transform the travel experience for 300 mn commuters monthly, unlocking over 2.5 billion hrs of digital consumption, where otherwise Apps don- t work reliably, due to unstable or inexistent cellular connectivity.
Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a Tech Recruiter who is well versed with technology, loves to interact with people and is passionate about hiring. Someone, who has worked in IT / Start- up Tech space from the beginning will be a plus, setting up new processes, striving to improve on the current policies and processes is very much a part of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Manpower Planning and creating JDs.
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen Tech resumes.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants- abilities.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
- Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and assessment on the selected candidates.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Work on multiple platforms to get the right skills.
- Manage candidate lifecycle.
- Promote company's reputation as a great place to work.
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
- Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.
- Benchmarking of best practices on tech/ non tech recruitment.
- Build and manage a robust selection process.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter for 6 - 8 years in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
