iii. Seamless integration with cart & post checkout
c. Communication & Designi. Communication & Experience design across all touch point's pre & post on boarding - physically & digitally
ii. Initiatives for profile enrichment of existing customers
iii. On-Going communication to earn, redeem, lapsing, upgrading etc.
iv. Build automated communication journeys through MAP
