Role Expectations :


1. Launch & Manage Loyalty Programs for Customers acquired across DTC & Brand Stores.

2. Conceptualize help build the technology.

3. Launch, promote & run the Loyalty Programs.

Role Deliverables :

a. Define Programs Construct

i. Understanding existing consumer behavior

ii. Determining what kind of construct would work best

iii. Designing of Rewards earning & Redemption

iv. Cost construct P&L Plan of the Programme

v. Seamless Cross-Brand linkage

vi. Exploring curated partnerships with other complimentary brands

b. Build Tech & integrate with Website, App and Store POS

i. Customer Data Platform (CDP) integrated with Marketing Automation Platform (MAP)

ii. Build Consumer information, onboarding & usage journeys within Web & App

iii. Seamless integration with cart & post checkout

c. Communication & Design

i. Communication & Experience design across all touch point's pre & post on boarding - physically & digitally

ii. Initiatives for profile enrichment of existing customers

iii. On-Going communication to earn, redeem, lapsing, upgrading etc.

iv. Build automated communication journeys through MAP

d. Ongoing Management to Drive

i. Enrollment & Adoption

ii. Micro- Cohorting & Personalization

iii. LTV Improvement

iv. Emotional connect & experiences

v. NPS & Referrals
