Job Role & Responsibilities : - Lead the eCommerce (Partner Portals) SBU with P&L responsibility and complete ownership of sales, revenue and marketing spend metrics. Build & Execute the overall eCommerce strategy for the brand to scale business on existing partner portals while evaluating/piloting new & upcoming channels - Plan, Execute and Optimise promotional campaigns across portals to drive sales at the best-in-class ROI while working within the brand's promotional and discounting guidelines - Build a team of aggressive and sales-oriented Key Account Managers to lead daily operational work and track/report/optimize key business metrics across different portals - Working closely with POCs across portals to increase visibility, importance, and goodwill of the brand. Manage receivables and ensure strict adherence to payment cycles while ensuring inventory levels across for zero sales disruption - Lead collaborations and dialogue within the organization with stakeholders from other teams to create and share brand collaterals to achieve overall team objectives Preferences we are looking for in a Candidate : - 6+ years of experience managing brand sales across vertical & horizontal eCommerce portals with sales targets in excess of INR 1,00,00,000 per month and marketing spend ownership - Excellent hands-on experience of managing key accounts and relationships to build brand influence with key stakeholders across all partner portals. - Excellent understanding of different target audiences that different portals attract and using these insights to tailor brand promotions to each platform and scale with best-in-class ROI - Data-driven, analytical with an ability to work in a target-driven environment while keeping an eye on the bigger picture - Outstanding managerial skills to lead and motivate a team with large spend budgets and mission-critical responsibilities We run a fast-paced, dynamic business and the challenges we face and solve every day are unique.
