Position: Assistant Manager - Business Development & Highstreet Expansion

Role Expectations:

- Excellent retail expansion experience in the High Street format.

- Should have opened multiple new stores within timelines and budget

- Strong knowledge of high street markets in the assigned regions.

- Strong Communication skills - Proficient in written and spoken English

- Strong computer skills in usage of various tools in MS-Office and Internet

- Excellent in Vendor Management and Vendor Negotiation

- Extremely proactive and energetic.

- Should be able to influence stakeholders to ensure that project deadlines are met.

- Willing to travel extensively and stay for short duration to onboard properties at a fast pace.

Role Deliverables:

- Expansion of the Brand in retail format in the regions assigned through extensive market search and as per budget and criteria.

- Location analysis based on feasibility of business and the brand benchmarks.

- P&L assessment with Business Heads to ensure sustainability of the store.

- Handling project delivery from the vendor for the retail outlets as per Brand SOPs .

- Vendor Management which included proper branding implementation and executions ensuring timely delivery for on time store launch.

- Prompt execution of Lease agreements in coordination with Legal team and the landlord(s).

- Rental renegotiation with the landlords (whenever necessary) to ensure operational feasibility, assuring long term association and maximize profitability.

- Handling landlord disputes, timely payment of rental and amenities in coordination with finance.

- Undertake competition study with reference to look and feel of competition stores, fixtures and processes and share the same for required actions

- Coordinate with Projects / VM / Finance / Legal Team to get the desired.
