Job Purpose : Implementation of efficiency of HR work flow processes in ELC.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Policies & Processes
- Creation, Modification & review of all HR policies & processes
- Ensuring updation of policies on various employee portals
- Benchmarking policies as per market trends and organization needs.
- New Initiatives
- Process study and benchmarking of processes
- Identification of improvement areas
Transfers:
- Monitoring of Transfer process in the system
- Maintaining MIS for Transfers.
Attendances:
- Periodic audit of attendance process
- System support for attendance
- Holiday calendar & its implementation
