Core Learning- Help us develop and deliver best-in-class online learning programs and projects in tracks like Back-end development and Full Stack Development, Data Science and ML, and Cloud. 2. Develop learning objectives, structure learning activities, and create visual aids for online interactions. 3. Help curate or create engaging and compelling course content for offering bundles with varied durations. 4. Understand the industry needs and create live projects in accordance with them to provide a great learning experience and enhance the employability of the student. 5. Design hands-on and industry-ready capstone projects that will go hand in hand with the programs and drive the "Learn while you build" methodology. 6. Devise assessments and evaluation frameworks for the capstone and live projects to analyze and compare the student's performance with peers. 7. Help to create and develop periodic student performance assessment modules across different program tracks. 8. Monitor the effectiveness of the training program during the pilots and implement changes based on impact and user feedback to ensure continual improvement. 9. Structure and monitor the initial mock interview pedagogy and components in collaboration with the panelists. 10. Help identify, build and engage with network of SMEs and other experts both in India and globally. Desired Skills & Experience 1. Knowledge of back-end and full-stack development and the relevant on-demand skills that are required for the same (8+ years of exp). 2. Ability to articulate industry requirements into program module for creation of industry-ready projects for the students. 3. Have extensive experience in understanding the needs of the industry and students and in creating pedagogy, content and assessment to fulfill the needs.
