Subject Matter Expert - Risk Policy - LAP - NBFC

Education : MBA / B Com(H)/C.A.

Work Experience :Minimum 5-7 years in Policy and/or Credit Role

Primary Skill:

1. Risk Management including handling policy work, documentation

2. Understanding of products like LAP, Bill Discounting, Lending to Educational Institutes, Construction Finance - in terms of product frameworks, eligibility assessments, key risks in each category of funding and controls required

3. Ability to develop borrower eligibility assessment modules, SME scorecards

4. Experience of front line query handling

5. Market knowledge of competition's policies, practices, regulatory developments

6. Broad understanding of industry evaluation techniques

7. Up to date with latest in the field of FinTech and other credit assessment modules available in order to strengthen the underwriting framework

8. Credit underwriting experience will be an added advantage

Technical Skills :

1. MS Office - Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications is a must

2. Data management and analytics - proficiency (medium level)
