Subject Matter Expert - Product Development - Trade & Supply Chain Finance

We are looking to hire Product Development - Trade and Supply Chain Finance having rich experience of working in full cycle application development (Full SDLC experience: conceptualization, architecture, design, development, testing, delivery, etc.) and proven leadership in delivering high quality products/projects.

1. Work with product management and other stakeholders of the product to achieve the product vision and implement its roadmap

2. Own the product and drive product development activity and ensure that product release is as per roadmap with all function points incorporated.

3. Manage and prioritize the product backlog together with product management

4. Responsible for effort estimation and planning of releases.

5. Interact with internal stakeholders for release and roadmap planning, prioritization based on committed customer delivery.

6. Own the complete lifecycle of product development right from concept to go-live.

7. Provide timely updates to Senior Management on release status and schedule.

8. Also act as SME when required for Trade and SCF product conceptualization.

He/she will sustain the high accountability & ownership culture in the team, regularly share progress with Executive leadership team, introduce best practices from various agile frameworks and enable teams to apply learnings from retrospectives to improvise product development & support processes
