Subject Matter Expert - IT Recruitment

Responsibilities:

- Client Coordination for new requirements, for clarity on requirements, feedback / interview /offer/ invoice follow ups

- Leading a team of recruiters ensuring on time quality delivery from the team.

- Managing the full life cycle recruitment and deployment cycle.

- A highly process oriented and innovative person can design and fine-tune the staffing delivery process time to time to ensure optimum quality delivery.

- Prioritized requirements and ensure optimum utilization of recruiting resources.

- Responsible to guide and lead recruiting team to explore various possible options to maintain quality and quantity of resumes required to serve clients.

- Responsible for handling escalations for No Shows, No Interviews etc.

- Handling delivery issues and resolving them.

- Part of New Business Acquisition along with the Business Acquisition Team - Represent the Company in all New Client Meetings for discussions on Delivery
