Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
a. Need to have process understanding for compensation , PMS , AIP and employee data management
b. Need experience in executing IT projects end to end , overall SDLC understanding is required to do product fit-gap and solution fitment
Experience : Min relevant experience required 7-9 yrs in any ERP - HCM domain mainly with COMP and AIP.
Skills :
a. PeopleSoft HCM Techno functional consultant , worked with any ERP or similar product as solution architect in Compensation , AIP payouts , performance management. Need expertise in configuring the performance module , compensation module.
b. Need to be clear with peoplesoft AIP framework and compensation framework , should able to define the product fitment , derive solution with less customization. Need to know peoplesoft HCM framework , global setup and PEoplesoft security model.
c. Need to have fair understanding on WFA
d. Need to manage teams and work in collaboration with multiple business stakeholders
e. Good communication skill
