Description


- These are new roles within the Global Process Owner teams, providing the full range of process design and delivery activities as part of the Finance Innovation Programme.


- The main opportunity and challenge for the team is to simplify, streamline and standardize global finance processes and controls that help to achieve the benefits of the Finance Innovation Programme.

Job Description :

- Working under the direction of the assigned Global Process Owner, design, deliver and implement finance processes where improvement and / or global standardization is required

- Document the current processes, identify detailed business requirements, undertake critical review and analysis and support development of future improved end-to-end global standardized finance processes,

- Provide analysis of what RACI (Responsibility, Accountability, Consulted and Informed) element is applicable and what Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are required for each process (manual or automated)


- Establish a standardized delivery project management framework & process(es) end-to-end from pipeline through to post-contract evaluation


- Establish, and put in place, the governance for process ownership and accountability before and after the transition to BAU


- Prepare and maintain plans for each deliverable, with support from the Global Process Owner


- Involve all relevant stakeholders in the development of the 'to be' design and getting sign-off of that design through the change control governance process


- Enhance Financial Reporting & Management Reporting


- Investigate Issues or Validate issues using knowledge & Experience of SAP R/3 and Financial Accounting and identifying appropriate solutions


Profile :

- Experience of financial process improvement, process mapping, developing RACI charts and KPIs, controls & risks.

- Strong written and communication skills


- CA or MBA in Finance with a minimum of 8 years of experience


- Analytical skills/experience.


- Experience in Project Management


- Operating in international and multi-cultural organisations.


- Flexibility, independence, and initiative to perform successfully in a rapidly changing environment.


- Experience of managing a diverse group of stakeholders in multiple locations.


- Experience of Microsoft tools including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Project, and Sharepoint.


- Excellent communication skills - the experience of conveying complex information in an easy to understand the way


- Experience of SAP- R/3


- Experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting
