The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is responsible for technical aspects of the Fraud Management (FM) product, with emphasis on managing requirements for (and working with engineering on construction of) demo, field support for installation and use, management of product releases with respect to confirming adherence to PLM roadmap and core requirements, oversight of customization and enhancement queues (and coordination with respective PLMs of the same), etc.
The TPM will work closely with FM Product Line Manager, and other PLM team members, in establishing product vision, driving requirements, and working closely with the field to understand usability and product adoption metrics, and other factors associated with overall market acceptance.
Essential skills and experience:
- Product development and Technical Architecture designing
- Understanding of web services, API's
- Ability to work in a team environment, with collaborative skills across internal departments is a must
- Domain expertise and/or project experience in Fraud and/or Credit Risk Management would be preferred
- Telecom domain will be an added advantage
- Good to have Analytics fraud experience, Cloud Computing & JAVA
