Requirements: Candidate Experience: Desired skills - "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, start-up attitude, team player with a track record of leading and mentoring engineers - Experience with fast-paced, rapidly-iterating, design-forward, product-focused companies. - Strong track record of being able to develop and set release plans, track deadlines, deliverables, resource allocations, issues/risks and create mitigation strategies as needed to deliver a quality product on time - Strong Experience with developing scalable distributed compute product architectures, cloud native and microservices architectures is highly desirable - Experienced in building platforms and creating an ecosystem of applications and services across multiple verticals and solution offerings - Have good understanding of Security aspects of an enterprise application and knowledge in authentication, authorization, cryptography / encryption - Should have prior work experience of 8+ years working on enterprise SaaS products and can rapidly familiarize oneself with complex products and architectures - At least 5 years' experience in hands on coding in Java, Spring boot / Spring Cloud / Android technologies, Containerization and Orchestrations tools - Experience in dealing with high data volume using technologies such as Kafka / Rabbit MQ, Flink / Spark, Redis, Elastic Search /Solr/ Lucene - Building applications using Cloud Native or Serverless architecture using AWS, Azure or Google Cloud - Competent in driving a culture of continuous learning to improve technology and remove roadblocks that hold the team back. - Experience managing small teams and remote teams is a strong plus
