They need to be well experienced (been there-done that kinda person) in the field of e-commerce, fashion apparel retail and logistics operations.  Basic Requirements:  - A core team member leading vendor management, SCM, logistics, Strategy and Process excellence programs  - Setup P & L management, Contract signings & financial reconciliation processes for Brand's & 3PL Vendor- s  - Setting up e-commerce operations which includes warehousing, fulfilment, payments, customer service, order fulfilment and deliveries services.  - Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic 3PL Vendor's for Pan India & Global Order fulfilment and delivery.
